Refunds & Returns

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Please note:- that all items are made to order. As such, we are only able to offer refunds in the case of items that are damaged or faulty upon receipt. We do not offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size. However, we are happy to offer a size exchange for items ordered in the incorrect size, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

• The request for exchange is made within the specified return period (14 days)

• Please also note that only regularly priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

• We do not offer returns or refunds for any customised items as these can not be re-sold.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for any exchanges or returns.

Please note:- that shipping fees are non-refundable.

The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
